When you drive up to our winery building you'll see a small sign pointing to the tasting room door. Enter through the door marked "winery entrance" where you'll find us pouring our wines.
We sell wine tastings, wine by the glass, by the bottle and by the case. Tastings do not need to be scheduled in advance, however the size of the tasting room limits comfortable accommodation to about 15 people. Larger groups may be split up so that some may enjoy the tasting room while others enjoy a walk in the vineyard.
Arché is also a great place to stop and pick up some wine for dinner on your way to Ancient Ovens. We're always open late enough for you to stop here first.
Tours
Tours are available by reservation only. Please check the calendar below for available dates and times.
The Arché Vineyard & Winery Tour lasts about 1½ hours. You will learn the story of our vineyard and how the winery came to be. One of the owners will be your host to guide you into the vineyard where you will also learn about the activities relevant to the season and the unique challenges of growing grapes in north Texas. You will then be taken into the winery to view the specialized equipment and winemaking vessels and hear what role each plays in the winemaking process. Once you have discovered how a small boutique winery takes grapes from harvest, through crush, vinification, aging and bottling you will get a formal tasting of our delicious wines.
