A fun and comfortable place to relax and enjoy a wine tasting flight, a glass of wine or a savory cheese plate, the Arche tasting room is located in the middle of the vineyard. We also have picnic tables near the fire ring, which you'll see as you drive up to the parking lot.
We sell wine tastings, wine by the glass, by the bottle and by the case. Tastings do not need to be scheduled in advance, however the size of the tasting room limits comfortable accommodation to about 15 people. Larger groups are easily accommodated in the cellar with advance notice.
Arché is also a great place to stop and pick up some wine for dinner on your way to Ancient Ovens. We're always open late enough for you to stop here first.
Vineyard & Winery Tour
Hear the story of how our vineyard and winery came to be. One of the owners will be your host to guide you into the vineyard where you'll learn about the activities relevant to the season and the unique challenges of growing grapes in north Texas. You will then be taken into the winery to view the specialized equipment and winemaking vessels and hear what role each plays in the winemaking process. Once you've discovered how a small, boutique winery takes grapes from harvest, through crush, vinification, aging and bottling you'll have the opportunity to sample some of our unique and delicious wines.
The Arché Vineyard & Winery Tour lasts about 1½ hours.
